Gwendolyn Rugg received her MA in the Social Sciences from the University of Chicago, where she focused on cultural policy, exploring best practices in public art policy in cities across the US in her master’s thesis.  She received her BA in art history from the University of Notre Dame, and prior to graduate school she worked in exhibitions, curation, and public programing in cultural institutions around Chicago and abroad. At the Cultural Policy Center she assists with research projects, plans conferences and workshops, manages the Center’s publication, The Digest, and provides administrative support.
